Public Voice invites dialogue that integrates a variety of voices of feminist scholars commenting on current events around the world. This is an opportunity to bring our voices into immediate conversation and hear perspectives other than our own. It is where we can debate timely topics for which feminist insights in religion will be useful. We imagine this as a space will generate some controversy. Our intention is also to assist our colleagues in public policy by alerting them to feminist work, indeed to feminist voices that they need to hear.

Public Voice asks its guest writer to consider a topic, question, or the circumstances of a current event to provide their insights and model a dialogue with three other respondents. As more topics arise they will become available through links on the left of this page. Contributions to Public Voice are by invitation only.
