How do we cultivate an environment of diversity in our scholarship? What are the challenges we face and what strategies can we use to ensure our scholarship is both intellectually diverse and reflects values of justice and equity? Building on the “Manthologies” FSR blog series in May 2019, this panel explores the problem of scholarship that is limited in its representation of the field. Together with participants, we will discuss these issues and develop resources to combat the problem.
